ADC Vice Chairman, Doghor, Applauds Oyibode For Road Repairs, Lauds Commitment to Development.
By Henry Ubus
UDU, Delta State – Sir Engr. Obus Doghor, the African Democratic Congress (ADC) Vice Chairman for Delta Central, has commended Olorogun(Hon) Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode JP FCIA, the Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council, for his vigorous efforts in improving road infrastructure across Udu Kingdom.
Engr. Doghor praised Oyibode’s leadership as “a blessing to Udu Kingdom,” highlighting the immediate relief brought to motorists through recent road repairs. “Olorogun Oyibode is truly God-sent to Udu. The remedial works he has undertaken on our roads have provided immediate relief to Udu motorists who, for a long time, have been burdened by bad roads and the resulting frequent visits to mechanics,” Doghor stated.
The ADC leader emphasized the significant impact of these seemingly small repairs on residents’ daily lives. By improving road conditions, the local government has eased transportation and reduced vehicle maintenance costs for drivers. “With these repairs, motorists can now drive smoothly and without the fear of damaging their vehicles,” Doghor noted.
Underscoring the broader implications of these infrastructure developments, Doghor lauded Oyibode’s proactive governance approach. “This is just the beginning of many more great things to come under Oyibode’s leadership. He has demonstrated that he is committed to driving development in Udu,” he added.
However, Doghor also appealed to the Council Chairman to extend the repair works to other critical areas. He specifically mentioned “the very bad portion of Aladja road by DSC gate, including the bad portions at Orhuwhorun, Owhrode roads, and the Ogbe Udu through Ubogo road.”
Expressing optimism about Udu’s future under Oyibode’s stewardship, Doghor sees the ongoing infrastructure improvements as part of a broader vision for the kingdom’s development. He urged Udu residents to continue supporting Oyibode’s administration, confident in its focus on sustainable progress.
“Olorogun Oyibode has proven time and time again that he is a leader for the people. His efforts are already making a difference, and we are confident that the future holds even greater achievements under his watch,” Doghor concluded, reaffirming his belief in Oyibode’s transformative leadership for Udu.
